Usage:
Cold application:
Store the pack in the freezer (1-2 hours, depending on the product and your desired temperature )or in the refrigerator, then take it out to compress your body.
Hot application:
Place pack in microwave, heat pack at 20 second intervals with medium power until desired temperature is achieved. Or immerse the pack completely into hot water and heat it for 2 - 3 minutes.

Function:
It can be used to control and alleviate the gore and pain caused by strain, bruise, pull and burn, also can rapidly remove the pain and discomfort. It is widely used on your ankle, knee, back, shoulder, etc. Also can be used in warm application in cold days.
